In the State of New Hampshire, there is no right to cancel contracts or purchase agreements. Whether you can receive a refund is dependent on the retailer's return and refund policies.

Suga and Spice Creations has the following guidelines for returns:

*Refunds will be in the form of online store credit or exchange

*We accept returns within 14 days of purchase with receipt. A DAMAGED item can be returned UNUSED. Any product returned must be in the same condition it was received and in the original packaging where applicable. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

*Sale items are final and not eligible for refund

*Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
